I've worked in the veterinary field since graduating from the Veterinary Assistant course at Robertson College in 2015. After graduation I started at a small animal inner-city clinic and then moved to Saskatchewan where I worked at a mixed animal practice in a small town. In July of 2019 I returned to Winnipeg, and I joined the St. Norbert team.

One of my favourite parts of working with animals is the opportunity to advocate for them. I enjoy trying to understand how they are feeling and making them feel as safe and comfortable as they can during their visit to the clinic. There's also a very special place in my heart for all of the "spicy" kitties who just need a little extra love!

Outside of work you'll find me spending time with my daughter along with our 2 kitties 'Harmony' and 'Athena', and our marginated tortoise named 'Tank'.
